Depression is a mental illness.
A feeling of sadness, of overwhelmed, of poor me or even wanting to give up or don’t wanna go anywhere. Things that you normally do and you don’t wanna do it anymore.
But Sad is a normal feeling. We all need to feel sad from time to time.
Depression is different. Almost everyone feels down from time to time. Then circumstances change and those sad feelings disappear. Whereas depression is a medical disorder and it won’t go away just because you want it to.

REM- stage of sleep when brain activity is high and resembles that of being awake. People are more likely to remember the dream if are awakened during the REM phase. The average person has 3 to 5 dreams per night and some may have up to 7.

Somewhere good food is connected to happiness. No matter how frustrated you are, how unhappy you are, if you are hungry then to some extent, good food helps you to get out of it. And in my case, When i m hungry ,i become irritated and i get angry over small things. I think this happens to everyone. I know well that good food is good mood. And if you have good food to eat and good music to listen, consider yourself as a happy person.
